Cancellation Terms for Special and Pre-orders

Some products in our online store may be offered on an order-based basis, as a pre-order (backorderable), or under “try before you buy” conditions. This policy explains how such purchases can be changed or cancelled.

Pre-orders (backorderable goods)

In the case of a pre-order, you purchase a product that is not currently in stock, but is ordered separately for you and will arrive soon. When placing the order, we may take:

* either the full amount
* a partial advance payment
* or save the payment method for later payment

Cancellation

The usual cancellation terms apply, and refunds are made in accordance with the return policy.

All returns and refunds are carried out in accordance with our return policy.

Use of goods and decrease in value

If the condition of the returned item has deteriorated, the Consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods only if they have used the item in a way that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. To check the goods, it is permitted to use the product in the same way as would be possible in a regular physical store.

Submitting the withdrawal application

To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted either by e-mail: [tellimus@baizi.ee](mailto:tellimus@baizi.ee) or through the personal account in the online store, where feedback regarding the specific order can be submitted to us. The withdrawal application must be submitted no later than within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
