Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store [www.baizi.ee](http://www.baizi.ee) without giving any reason within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The standard withdrawal form is available on the website of the online store.

Use of goods and decrease in value

If the condition of the returned item has deteriorated, the Consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods only if they have used the item in a way that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. To check the goods, it is permitted to use the product in the same way as would be possible in a regular physical store.

Submitting the withdrawal application

To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted either by e-mail: [tellimus@baizi.ee](mailto:tellimus@baizi.ee) or through the personal account in the online store, where feedback regarding the specific order can be submitted to us. The withdrawal application must be submitted no later than within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Returning the goods

The Consumer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the logistics company (parcel machine) within this period.

Refund

Baizi OÜ will refund all payments received from the Consumer under the contract without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal application. Delivery costs are also subject to refund, except where the Consumer has chosen a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery method — in this case, the price difference will not be refunded.

We may refuse to make refunds until we have received back the item that is the object of the contract or until you have provided proof that you have sent the item back, depending on which occurs earlier.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
